I am an experienced and innovative clinical researcher and drug developer, active in the field of medicine, statistics and computer programming. I designed and conducted commercial and non-commercial phase I-III clinical trials in oncology, hematology and cardiology in the USA, European Union and Australia. Over the years, I have been supporting biotech companies, including Ryvu Therapeutics (Cracow, Poland), NBE-Therapeutics (Basel, Switzerland), Pega-One (Paris, France, a subsidiary company of Centessa Pharmaceuticals, London, UK and Cambridge, USA), Multitude Therapeutics (Shanghai, China), Numab Therapeutics (Zurich, Switzerland), and Pheon Therapeutics (London, UK and Cambridge, US) in their clinical development programs as a Medical Director / Senior Medical Director / Vice President Clinical Development. My dedicated engagement contributed to a company acquisition for $1.4 billion, IPO at NASDAQ for $330 million and Series B financing for $120 million.

Before my transition to the industry, I have been a treating physician at a tertiary clinical oncology department for more than 5 years, and served as a lecturer in biostatistics at PhD studies. I co-authored 30+ scientific reports and book chapters in oncology, cardiology and statistics, acted as a medical consultant for big pharma companies (Pfizer, Novartis, Ipsen), and was a review board member of several medical journals. I obtained my M.D. title at the Medical University of Warsaw, and a Ph.D. title in clinical oncology from the Military Institute of Medicine, Warsaw, Poland.
